  • Our technicians are well trained and highly skilled. Our spacious workshop has the latest diagnostic and testing equipment (and everything else you’d expect to see in a professional automotive centre).

  • We keep you informed of progress on your vehicle either by phone, text or e-mail.

  • Our waiting area is clean, comfortable and family-friendly.

  • Our workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles.

  • We issue reminders for annual MOT inspections and for service intervals.

  • Our computerised vehicle records are kept up-to-date and you can have a copy of your service record on request and free of charge.

  • We offer ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution’ (ADR) through the RMI in the unlikely event of a problem that cannot be resolved.

    Car Services (Grimsby) Ltd is passionate about the environment.  We have taken steps with the help of the ERDF to reduce our energy consumption.  We have fitted extensive LED lighting and PIR switching throughout, as we move forward in our quest to lower our carbon emissions.  This has been part funded by the European Development Fund, which assists small to medium businesses across Greater Lincolnshire, invest in energy saving technology.
